PICKLED OKRA 
2 tsp. dill seed
2 dried red peppers
4 cloves garlic
1 1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. salt

Place 1/2 teaspoon dill seed in pint jar. Pack okra in on top put 1/2 teaspoon dill seed, 2 peppers and garlic. Combine vinegar, salt and water. Bring to a boil. Pour over okra and seal. Wait 2 weeks before using. This is about enough liquid for 2 or 3 pints.
