PICKLED OKRA 
Washed okra pods
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. dill
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 qt. vinegar
1/2 c. salt

Pack okra. Add garlic, dill, mustard. Bring water, vinegar and salt to boil. Pour and seal. Makes 4 or 5 jars.
