PICKLED OKRA 
2 lb. fresh okra
5 pods red peppers
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp. celery seed
4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
6 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard seed

Put okra, 1 pod each of pepper and garlic in hot sterilized jars. Bring rest of ingredients to boil. Pour over okra. Seal. Let stand 8 weeks before opening.
