SAUCY LIVER 'N ONIONS 
1 - 2 lb. beef liver, sliced in half
1/4 c. all purpose flour
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. water

Coat liver in flour. In large skillet heat oil and brown liver. Remove into drippings, stir tomato sauce, water and Lipton onion soup mix, simmer covered stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Return liver to skillet mixing well to coat. Cover simmer about 1 hour.
