1 c. flour
1 c. water
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. salt
1 tbsp. oil

Cook over medium heat until it sticks to the sides of pan (you'll know when it's done). Place on wax paper. Add food coloring, mixing it in with your hands.
