ORANGE COCONUT PIE 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. flaked coconut
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
Dash salt

Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of mixer. Add eggs, beat until blended. Stir in orange juice, lemon flavoring, salt and coconut, mixing well. Pour into 9" unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
