3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. plus Angel Flake coconut
1 (9 inch) pie shell, frozen

Mix eggs, sugar and butter; add other ingredients. Pour in thawed pie shell and bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
