TOASTED COCONUT PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. broken pecans
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix ingredients in order listed. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. (Insert knife in center of pie, if it comes out clean, pie is done.) Less sugar may be used.
