BEY'S SHRIMP CREOLE 
2 cans tomato paste
2 bay leaves
2 1/2 lbs. large shrimp
4 or 5 stalks green onions
2 stalks celery
2 bell peppers
6 pods garlic
1 tbsp. Season all
1 tbsp. Accent
Salt to taste

Make a light brown gravy with oil and flour. Brown to a deep brown color. After gravy starts to brown, add tomato paste, let simmer, then began to add seasoning. Add garlic and bell peppers. Let simmer for 15 minutes, then add green onions and celery. Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar in sauce and salt to taste.

Let gravy cook for one hour, first with lid closed for 30 minutes, let boil then lower fire and let it cook 30 minutes at low temperature or until thickened, then add shrimp and let cook slowly for 20 minutes.
