KAREN'S CREOLE LIMA BEANS 
1 lb. dried lg. lima beans
6 c. water
1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 1/3 c. (1 lb. 3 oz. can) tomatoes

Cover washed beans with water. Bring to boil and boil 2 minutes. Cover and let stand 1 hour. Then cook until tender.

Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove and drain. Add onion and green pepper to bacon drippings in skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
