SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
Brown 1 pound ground beef.

Add:

1 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped green pepper

Cook until tender.

Add:

4 oz. can sliced mushrooms (drained)
28 oz. can whole peeled tomatoes (drained and coarsely chopped)

Add:

1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Cook and drain 8 ounce spaghetti. Mix into beef mixture. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Top with slices of American cheese and bake (covered) at 350 for 30 minutes.
