SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

1 lb. mild sausage, brown & drain fat
2 env. (1 box) Lipton's chicken noodle soup
4 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. rice (UNCLE BEN'S® long grain)

Cook above 7 minutes.

1 med. bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery
1/2 med. onion

Mix sausage and cooked mixture and vegetables into casserole dish. Cover with foil and cook 1 hour at 350 degrees.
