CHERYL'S CHEESECAKE 
2 (6 oz.) tins Johnson's Graham Cracker Crust
4 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (softened) NOTE: Do not substitute another brand!
3/4 cup whipping cream
3 eggs
Pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar

Set crusts aside. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour mixture into tins. Bake in oven at 225 degrees for 45 minutes. Switch oven off and allow cakes to cool in oven.

The cheesecakes freeze well. To defrost, allow to sit out for approximately 2 hours.
