ZUCCHINI RELISH 
6 lg. squash
4 lg. sweet onions
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1/2 c. salt
3 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. turmeric

Grind vegetables and soak 1 hour in ice water and salt. Rinse and drain well. Mix all other ingredients together. Boil 3 minutes. Add vegetable mixture and simmer 15 minutes. Pack in sterilized jars.
