ZUCCHINI RELISH 
Grind coarsely: 4 onions 2 lg. peppers

Soak overnight with 5 teaspoons salt. In morning drain and rinse with clean water. Drain well.

PICKLING LIQUID:

1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
5 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
