ZUCCHINI SQUASH RELISH 
10 c. ground squash
4 c. ground onion
2 ground green peppers
2 ground hot red peppers

Mix above ingredients together, add 4 tablespoons salt, let stand overnight. Drain and add:

2 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. celery seed
4 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar

Cook 30 minutes and can.
