MANDARIN CAKE DELIGHT 
1 yellow butter cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. mandarin oranges and juice
1/2 c. oil
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
1 flat can crushed pineapple, undrained

Combine cake mix, eggs, oranges and oil; beat 2 minutes. Put in 3 round pans. Bake 350 degrees 20-25 minutes.

Ice when cool with: Cool Whip, pudding mixed. Add pineapple and juice. Ice only the tops of cake and keep refrigerated.
