1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, chopped (juice and all)

Combine ingredients. Pour into two floured and greased cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

9 oz. Cool Whip
1 box vanilla instant pudding (lg.)
1 can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
