PINEAPPLE REFRIGERATOR CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 lb. 4 oz. can crushed pineapple & juice

ICING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cake: Mix together all cake ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean.

Icing: Cream together cheese and butter. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla. Ice cake and refrigerate.
