PINEAPPLE REFRIGERATOR CAKES 
1 lb. vanilla wafers
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Whip cream and roll vanilla wafers into crumbs. Line dish with 1/2 of the wafer crumbs and put 1/2 of creamed butter, sugar and egg mixture on wafers. Add 1/2 of the whipped cream mixture. Then put the other 1/2 of butter, sugar, and egg mixture on top of whipped cream mixture. Add pineapple, then rest of the whipped cream and pecans. Top with the remainder of wafer crumbs, and place in refrigerator. Chill.
