PINEAPPLE REFRIGERATOR CAKE 
1 pkg. butter cake mix (pineapple or vanilla flavor)
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice

ICING:

1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 can coconut (opt.)

Pour cake batter (after mixing well) into 3 (8" or 9") cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cake cool. Mix icing together and spread on cake. Store in refrigerator. This is a luscious company cake.
