CHEESE BACON AND TOMATO PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie crust
2 tbsp. flour
8 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, about 8 oz.
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 med. tomato, sliced thin

Prepare pastry for 9 inch one crust pie as directed. Bake. Mix onion and flour; sprinkle in pastry lined pie pan. Top with tomato slices. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted (about 25 minutes). Remove from oven and sprinkle with 2 cups shredded lettuce.
