AUTUMN RELISH 
Grind in food chopper:

12 red peppers
12 green peppers
12 lg. onions
1 stalk celery
12 green tomatoes

Add small handful of salt. Let stand 10 minutes. Drain.

Combine:

8 ears corn (cut off cob), cook 5 minutes
2 qt. lima beans, cooked
1 qt. green beans
1 qt. yellow beans
3 pt. carrots, cooked
1 head cauliflower, cooked

Add:

3 1/2 c. vinegar
2 lb. brown sugar
4 lb. white sugar (or a little less to taste)
1 box celery seed

Cook for 5 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Yields approximately 20 pints.
