CHICKEN STIR FRY 
1 lb. fresh chicken breast slices
2 tbsp. canola oil
1 garlic clove or garlic powder
1 onion, sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced diagonally
Broccoli
Cauliflower

SAUC E:

1/2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. honey

Cut chicken slices into thin strips; set aside. Cut off broccoli and cauliflower florets and cut stalks diagonally into thin slices. Heat oil in wok or skillet on medium high. Cook meat. Set aside. Add more oil. Stir fry vegetables.

In bowl combine sauce ingredients. Add chicken and sauce mixture to vegetables until sauce thickens. Serve over rice.
