CHICKEN STIR FRY 
4 chicken breasts, deboned and cut to desired size
1 can bean sprouts or fresh
1/4 lb. snow peas
1 can baby corn, if you can find
1 head broccoli tops, not too big
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sweet/sour sauce
Garlic powder to taste
2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Seasoned salt to taste
Pinch of pepper

Fry chicken chunks in 1-2 tablespoons butter. Add broccoli tops, onion, flour, sweet/sour sauce, garlic powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, mustard, seasoned salt and pepper; stir well.

Add snow peas, baby corn and bean sprouts or any other vegetable you might want to try. Stir well. Cover and cook for a few minutes if it gets too dry add some water. Cook until vegetables are desired tenderness. Serve on rice or chow mein noodles.
