BAKED FISH 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. melted butter

If fish are large, cut into 5 or 6 serving pieces. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Mix butter, lemon juice, and onion. Dip fish in mixture. Arrange in ungreased 9x9x2 inch pan. Pour remaining mixture over fish. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees until fish flakes easily with fork at about 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
