BAKED FISH 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion

Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper. Mix butter, lemon juice and onion. Dip fish into butter mixture; arrange in ungreased square pan 9x9x2 inches. Pour remaining butter mixture over fish. Cook, uncovered, in 350 degree oven until fish flakes easily with fork, 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Five or 6 servings.
