HERBED FISH BAKE 
1 lb. frozen fish fillet, partially thawed
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 sm. clove galric, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. tarragon, crushed
1/4 tsp. thyme crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 c. cornflake crumbs

Place fillets in greased baking dish. Cook onions and garlic in butter until tender. Stir in seasonings. Cook 1 minute. Spread over fish. Top with crumbs. Bake at 500 degrees for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Makes 4 servings.
