RICE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. rice, cooked
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. cream, whipped

Combine first 4 ingredients and when Jello starts to set, add rice, pineapple, and whipped cream.
