MUSHROOM MEAT PUFF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
Flour
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water

Mix all ingredients except flour, soup and water. Form into small balls. Roll in flour. Brown well in a small amount of fat. Place in dish. Mix soup and water and pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
