1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs

1 env. onion-mushroom soup mix (dry)
1/2 c. water
1 egg
1/4 c. catsup

Add to meat and bread crumbs. Shape into loaf. Place in shallow pan. Bake 45 minutes or until done at 350 degrees. 4 to 6 servings.
