BROCCOLI CASSEROLE WITH CHEEZ
WHIZ
 
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. minced onion
1 1/2 c. water

Bring above ingredients to boil, then add 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli and cook 3 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups instant rice. Stir; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in one can of cream of celery soup and one 8-ounce jar of Cheez Whiz. Put in casserole and top with onion rings or canned French fried onions. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until brown on top.
