BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 sm. yellow onion, chopped
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 cube butter

Mix: mushroom soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, cheese and 1 cup crackers. Fold in cooked and drained broccoli and pour in 9 x 13 inch oiled (greased) pan. Top with 2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs mixed with 1 cube melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
