FROZEN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 lb. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 pt. heavy cream
4 eggs, separated

CRUST:

1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted

Grease a 9 or 10 inch springform pan. Make chocolate wafer crust and line bottom of pan. Soften cream cheese, blend in 1/2 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla and egg yolks. Melt chocolate chips, add to above. (Will be very thick.) Whip heavy cream and fold into chocolate mixture. Beat egg whites and 1/2 cup sugar until stiff, fold into above mixture. Pour into crust. Garnish with crumbs. Freeze and cover with foil. Defrost 1 hour at room temperature. Remove side of pan before defrosting. Serve with whipped cream (optional).
