FROZEN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
2 c. finely crushed creme filled chocolate sandwich cookie (about 20 cookies)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi sweet chocolate chips or 4 sq.(1 oz. each) semi sweet chocolate melted
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. (1/2 pint) whipping cream stiffly whipped

Combine crumbs and butter. press on bottom and up side to rim of lightly buttered 9 inch pie plate. Chill.

In mixer bowl beat melted chocolate with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until well blended. Chill 10 to 15 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Freeze 6 hour or until firm. Garnish as desired. Return leftovers to freezer.

Makes 1 (9 inch) pie.
