BACON-WRAPPED WATER CHESTNUTS 
1 pkg. bacon
1 can whole water chestnuts
1 (8 oz.) bottle ketchup
1 c. brown sugar

Fry bacon until just barely done. Wrap bacon around each water chestnuts. Secure with toothpicks. Place in 9"x13" baking dish. Mix ketchup and sugar. Pour over water chestnuts. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
