DELIA ISLAND SHRIMP DIP 
12 oz. cream cheese
1 oz. coffee cream
4 tbsp. garlic juice
2 tsp. catsup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 c. cleaned, cooked, cut up shrimp

Soften cream cheese. Place all ingredients in blender, except shrimp. Blend thoroughly. Place mixture with shrimp added in a saucepan and heat slowly. Place mixture in chafing dish to keep warm. Use triscuits when serving.
