PASTA SALAD 
6 oz. Spiral pasta

Broccoli flowerettes, cut stems in diagonal strips, green or red pepper cut up in little squares optional. Microwave 2 minutes to just take the crispness off. Small jar of pimento plus juice Mince one red onion 2 or 3 cloves of garlic, pressed Fresh ground pepper, thick Sweet basil (a palm full, roll in palms) Dillweed, cilantro, 1 pinch tarragon 1 can tuna in oil, throw out oil, put in tuna

When pressing garlic if using mortar and pestle, put some salt in first, then garlic; add some oil and dressing when removing garlic to soak it up.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. olive oil (put oil in salad first to pasta can soak it up)
2 tbsp. choice of: Wishbone Classic Dijon Vinaigretts (first choice); Bernsteins Italian dressing or Kraft no oil salad dressing

DESSERT:

Place in layers in dessert dish: Bananas, cut up; strawberries; Ralph's vanilla yogurt; Blueberries; Top with blanched almonds

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
