SALMON RICE STIR - FRY | |
2 cans pink salmon 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 lb. bacon 1/2 tsp. pepper 3 c. cooked minute rice Brown bacon in large skillet. Pour off all but 1/2 of drippings. In drippings, saute onions and salmon. Add pepper and cook over low, covered, about 15 minutes. Serve over rice. |
