STIR FRIED RICE 
2 c. rice (any kind)
4 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
Parsley flakes
Seasonings to taste
2 eggs
1 c. green onions, coarsley chopped
2 tbsp. stir fry sauce
1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms

OPTIONAL:

Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrots
Chicken
Shrimp
Beef

Boil rice, until done set aside to cool, best if refrigerated. Prepare Wok or skillet by heating 3 tablespoons on high heat. When thoroughly hot add onions and mushrooms. Stir until done. Add rice, seasonings, sauces and parsley flakes. Stir until coated. Beat eggs, then make a hole in center of rice at bottom of wok. Cook eggs thoroughly then mix. Chopped vegetables and meats may be added.
