SARAH'S IMPERIAL CHICKEN 
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 sm. clove garlic, crushed
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Juice of 1 lemon
Paprika

Combine butter and garlic; set aside. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper; stir to blend. Dip each chicken breast in butter mixture, then in bread crumb mixture. Roll tightly, starting at narrow end. May secure with toothpick. Arrange chicken in a shallow baking pan. Drizzle with remaining butter mixture and lemon juice. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. This can be made ahead.
