CHICKEN IMPERIAL 
1 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
1 stick melted butter
8 - 10 pieces chicken breasts

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Melt butter. Dip each piece chicken into butter, then into crumb parsley mixture. Coat well. Place in shallow baking pan. Pour any remaining butter over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour until tender and browned. Can be prepared night before and stored in refrigerator until ready to bake.
