CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 sm. chopped onion
16 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together. Place in buttered casserole dish.

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. Rice Krispies or 1 c. sliced almonds

Mix butter with cereal or almonds, sprinkle over ingredients in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
