PARMESAN ZUCCHINI 
4-5 med. zucchini, sliced thin
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Cook zucchini with butter in water, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with seasonings and cheese, and serve.
