125 YEAR OLD EGG NOG 
1 dozen eggs
2 pt. sugar or less to taste
1/2 pt. brandy
1 pt. sherry
1 pt. whiskey
2 tbsp. rum
3 pt. whipping cream

Separate eggs. Beat yolks thick, adding sugar. Add booze very gradually. Whip cream stiff, fold into yolk mixture. Whip egg whites very stiff and fold in. Turn carefully into a well-chilled bowl to serve.
