ORIENTAL CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup 1/2 c. milk 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chop suey vegetables 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts 3-4 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cut up 1 (9 oz.) pkg. pea pods or green beans (frozen) 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 lg. can French fried onions 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese Blend soup, milk and salt. Drain chop suey vegetables and water chestnuts. Fold in all ingredients except the French fried onions. Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with French fried onions and bake 10 minutes longer. |
