ORIENTAL CASSEROLE 
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. bean sprouts
2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. rice, raw
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, browned

Mix vegetables together and put in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix soups, water and soy sauce and pour over vegetables. Place the browned hamburger next. Add the raw rice over the hamburger. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Stir 2 or 3 times while baking.
