PIE FILLING COFFEE CAKE 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 (22 oz.) can blueberry pie filling

TOPPING:

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar

Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into egg mixture. Spread half in greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Spoon pie filling over batter. Spoon rest of batter over filling. Top with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
