CHICK - IN - THE - GARDEN 
2 chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)
1 med. tomato, skinned
1 med. onion, peeled
3 fresh mushrooms
2 green pepper rings
Butter
2 tbsp. rice (uncooked)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash salt
Dash pepper
Dash garlic salt
Dash paprika

Prepare charcoal. Place all vegetables just off the center of a doubled yard of foil with chicken breasts. Precook rice in boiling water for 5 minutes. Put in foil and sprinkle remaining ingredients over chicken and dot with butter. Seal foil tightly. Cook over glowing coals about 40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. Serves 1. Prepare one for each dish.
