2 zucchinis, sliced 1 sm. onion 1 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 2-3 lg. potatoes, sliced 1 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 to 1 tsp. Nature's seasoning salt Fry potatoes in Pam until tender. Add onion and zucchini. Cover and cook on low heat until tender. Top with grated cheeses. Serve. Cheeses are optional. Serves 4, 225 calories. This recipe is yummy without the cheeses. The calorie content would change to 75 calories per serving. |
